When stored in an open covered porch that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot. 5. When stored in an open carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. A double carport will require enough space to store two automobiles. 6. When storage items include garbage, refuse or debris.

03/26/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, FOUND ALL AUTO PARTS, TOOLS AND TOOL BOX HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM THE FRONT YARD AREA. NISSAN 260 Z THAT HAD MOTOR REMOVED REMAINED, MOTOR PLACED ELSWHERE, NOT IN FRONT YARD. NOW THAT EVERYTHING WAS REMOVED, OWNER PARKED CAR IN THE FENCED FRONT YARD. AGAIN THERE WAS NO ONE WORKING ANY WHERE ON THE PROPERTY. I DID TALK TO OWNER AND HE STATED HE WORKS ON HIS VEHICLES ONLY. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
