Multiple Homeless Camps, illegal dumping and litter. These camps have been here for months, during which time the vacant lot has become a common dumping ground. Loud noises can be heard all hours of the night. Please have the area inspected, unauthorized person(s) removed and overgrown vegetation cut down to help clear fire hazard. Tolerance is becoming low by neighbors in immediate area, do to security concerns and the increase of liter, dumping in the area. The makeshift dwellings are not necessarily visible from the street (Alvord rd/Park Ave) do to the overgrown vegetation in the area. You will have to walk 30-40 yards into vacant lot to see clearly the problem that persist
