SPOKE TO DAVID THE PROPERTY TENANT WHO SAYS YES HE HAS A BUSINESS BUT NEVER BRINGS ANYTHING HOME FROM THE BUSINESS HE KEEPS ALL HIS THINGS ELSEWHERE. HE SAYS HE HAS 4 GROWN CHILDREN THAT ALL DRIVE AND SOMETIMES HAS TO PARK IN THE RIGHT OF WAY DUE TO NOT ENOUGH ROOM ON HIS PROPERTY AT NIGHT WHEN EVERYONE IS HOME. HE SAYS HE ALSO HAD A FEW BROTHERS VISIT HIS HOME DUE TO AN ILL MOTHER. AND THAT IS ALL THE TRAFFIC HE'S EVER HAD AT HIS HOUSE OR ANY EXTRA PARKING IN THE RIGHT OF WAY WHICH IS NOT A CODE VIOLATION. HE WILL CONTINUE TO BE MINDFULL OF NOT BRINGING ANYTHING HAVING TO DO WITH HIS BUSINESS HOME AS HE CLAIMS TO HAVE NEVER DONE. DUE TO NO EVIDENCE OF COMPLAINT WILL CLOSE THIS CASE AT THIS TIME.
