| 05/24/2019 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | VINDIOLA | Approved | Arrived on site along with Inspector Goodman. Met with the owner of the condo (#107), who has lived there for the last 14yrs. States she has heard alot of creeking from the upstairs unit (#108) in the last year or so. Tenant of upstairs unit completed her lease and unit is empty. Checked the ceiling of downstairs unit (#107) in bedroom and hallway and we did not see any signs of issues in that downstairs unit. As we have no access to upstairs unit all we use as a meter is the downstairs unit and no issues at this time. |
