States she has heard alot of creeking from the upstairs unit (#108) in the last year or so. Tenant of upstairs unit completed her lease and unit is empty. Checked the ceiling of downstairs unit (#107) in bedroom and hallway and we did not see any signs of issues in that downstairs unit. As we have no access to upstairs unit all we use as a meter is the downstairs unit and no issues at this time.
