The property has men staying in the rooms and has different duplexes for the same owner. Did talk to the owner and will meet on Tues. at 10:00 to inspect the units. Did see some items that need to be check and need to be changed or removed. Did let the owner know what we are looking for. Did see mini splits and they did not get permits for the new installs.
