01/22/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on stie and knocked on door several time but no answer. I noticed a truck loaded in parking lot a women loading the truck. Spoke with her and she identifed herself as the tenant of unit #1244, states she does not have power to the unit for several days but is moving out by the end of the week. States she does not sleep at the unit, she is staying with her mother some where else. She comes by during the day to move out and should be out by end of the week. Posted notices at front and back doors. Called and spoke to the owner as well and advised him of my findings and my actions. Texted him a photo of the postings
02/25/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and knocked several times on front door but no answer. Appears to be vacant. Will move to closeout this case
