01/16/2019	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	T.E.P. called that on site with a unit that has no electrical at the meter and has power to the unit. Arrived and the unit has no power to the unit by the tag has been cut off the meter. A new tag was placed back on the meter and the boots were OK. The unit was getting power for an extension cord from the neighbor at 929 S. 4th Ave which is the owner of the property. The tenant has stated that the cord was disconnected inside the house and the cord was removed from the unit. The tenant was a Vet and will be talking to the VA for assistance. The tenant was served tha N.O.V. to Vacate the unit and posted Do Not Enter on the front window. The unit was cleaned and has water at this time. The unit is all electric and has no gas to the property. Once the paperwork was signed, the tenant left the site to get assistance. If the payment is made, the tenant will call when the electric will be turned back on. The power has been off since November. Will check in 5 days. RV.
04/08/2019	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The unit has power and has new tenants since 2-6-19. They have no issues on the unit. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
