MY INSPECTION OF THE PROPERTY ARE AS FOLLOWS: >TPD OFFICERS KEPT WATCH AT THE FRONT AND REAR DOORS. >FOUND NO PARKING ISSUES AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION, PATRONS WERE USING THE REAR PARKING AREA AS REQUIRED. > WALKED ACROSS THE STREET BOTH EAST AND NORTH OF THE STRUCTURE AND FOUND I COULD NOT HEAR LOUD MUSIC FROM THOSE AREAS EVEN THOUGH MUSIC WAS PLAYING. >INSIDE I FOUND THAT THE RESTARAUNT WAS CLOSED DOWN, THERE WERE ABOUT FOUR PEOPLE SITTING AT THE BAR AND TWO COUPLES DANCING. > TABLES HAD BEEN REMOVED AND EITHER PLACED OUTSIDE OR AGAINST THE WALLS INSIDE. >THE FOOD PREP AREA HAD BEEN SHUT DOWN AND ABOUT FOUR PEOPLE EXITING THE AREA. >TFD HAD ONLY ONE ISSUE WITH A EXIT DOOR COVER WITH A SHEET BUT SHEET WAS REMOVED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. C/E HAD NO ISSUES WITH WHAT WE FOUND. OWNER WAS VERY HONEST STATED DANCING DOES NOT REALLY GET GOING UNTIL 11:30 PM AND GOES UNTIL 2:00 AM OWNER OF THE RESTARAUNT STATES THERE HAS BEEN NO PARKING PROBLEM AS THE DIRT LOT NORTH OF THE RESTARAUNT HAS BEEN USED FOR THE DANCE PATRONS AND THE PARCEL IS OWNED BY THE OWNERS OF RESTARAUNT CAMP GRANT LLC. TPD STATED THEY HAVE ONLY HAD ONE ISSUE AT THE PROPERTY AND IT WAS A BRAWL OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING AREA WHERE TPD WAS CALLED TO BREAK UP THE BRAWL. THEY STATED THERE HAS BEEN NO OTHER MAJOR ISSUES. THE RESTARAUNT WAS MONITORED AT ONE TIME BUT BECAUSE THERE HAVE BEEN NO ISSUES THEIR DRIVE BYS HAVE DROPPED OFF. BY THE TIME CODE ENFORCEMENT LEFT THERE WERE ONLY ABOUT 6 COUPLES AT THE RESTARAUNT / BAR. |
