| 05/01/2019 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | VINDIOLA | Approved | Arrived on site and met with the tenant Phyllis Gilon Apt #218, she showed me some bags with qtips and jars with what she states are mites, I however did not see anything. Asked to enter her apt where I found an open bags of lemons on the counter with what looked to be fruit flies throughout the bag. She nexted showed me to the bathtub where she tried to show me more mites but again did not see anything. Inspector Green was checking the tenants bedding and again did not see anything except simple dirt from possible the dog jumping on the bed. Made contact with the mananger Patrick who stated they treated her apt on 04/16 and has invoice showing so. I aked him to treat the unit again as Code Enforcement was there today. He agreed and would call me back with a date for the treeatment so I could let the tenant know. Will follow up on this case in 5 days |
