THEY WILL LOOK AT POSSIBLE LEAK FROM 3RD FLOOR LANDING, POSSIBLE WATER DAMAGE AT FRONT DOOR AND HALL VENT AND DISHWASHER THAT IS NOT WORKING AND HOLDING WATER CAUSING ODORS. SPOKE TO JESSICA AGAIN TO MAKE SURE SHE PROVIDES ACCESS WHEN NEEDED TO REPAIR OR REMEDY ISSUES. WILL MEET ON SITE ON 1/18/2019.
01/18/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE BERMUDEZ Approved SPOKE TO MGR WHO SAYS THEY COMPLETED ALL WORK. ALSO SPOKE TO TENANT WHO SAYS MAINT COMPLETED ALL WORK, NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE FROM CE NEEDED AND WOULD LIKE TO CLOSE THE CASE. WILL CLOSE CASE AT THIS TIME.
