INSPECTOR SPOKE WITH TENANT TO 108 AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, TENANT DID NOT CALL OR ASK FOR THE INSPECTION. SHE WILL CONTACT HER REALTY COMPANY TO PUT IN A WORK ORDER IF NEEDED. IF SHE FEELS SHE NEEDS TO CONTACT CE SHE WILL DO SO, HOWEVER SHE WANTS TO CANCEL COMPLAINT AS SHE FEELS SHE IS NOT IN ANY IMMEDIATE HAZARD. INSPECTOR CONTACTED OWNER TO DOWNSTAIRS CONDO AND GAVE DIRECTION IF SHE WANTED CODE ENFORCEMENT TO PERSUE A COMPLAINT OF THE UPSTAIRS CONDO. WILL CLOSE CASE PER TENANT OF UNIT 108. |
