THE WALL AND FENCING HAS BEEN THERE FOR MANY YEARS. tHE FIRST PORTION OR PERIMETER FENCE INSTALLED WAS THE BLOCK WALL PORTION AT THE S/W CORNER AND RUNNING NORTH. AFTER SOME TIME THE CHAINLINK FENCE WAS ADDED. AT THE N/W CORNER OF THE PROPERTY IS A WOODEN STAKE WITH A RED PLASTIC FLAG, THE STAKE IS LOACATING THE CORNER OF THE PROPERTY AND IS MARKED WITH N/W CORNER. THE FENCE SETS BACK 18 INCHES TO 24 INCHES FROM THE STAKE WHICH PLACE THE CHAINLINK FENCE ON THE PROPERTY. THERE ARE NO OTHER PROPERTY PINS THAT I COULD FIND. NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
