Outside north fence on Douglas st, weeds and dying vegetaton. Apartment planted oleanders (plants required by site plan) by fence; plants are not watered and dying. At north west corner, palo verde tree growing in the road. Holes in fence. 2ND COMPLIANT FROM 2/13/2019 Multiple Exterior Property Maintenance Description : fencing on north side of back fence is in disarray. The plants that were put in are not being watered properly. We have been going over with 5 gal buckets to water.This is a problem that I have reported over and over since 2015.
