12/20/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The fire department called that they responded to a fire and found a homeless camp in the wash in the area. Did go to the site and found where the homeless camps are in a box culvert on both sides. The concrete walls are painted with graffiti. Has the bedding and the clothing all piled on both sides and no one on site at this time. Will turn in for the homeless protocol and not able to get to the area due to how far in depth and no easy access to get to the area. The fire department was complaining if had to do a rescue that it would be difficult due to no access to the bottom of the wash and how deep the wash is from the top level. Will check homeless protocol. RV.
