12/15/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Was ordered to go to the site and check if work is being done on the property by the supervisor Martin Romero and the Building Offical Clayton Trevillyan. The contractor was on site and was trimming trees and cleaning the property. Work has been done on the interior of the house where walls have been removed and were non-bearing walls. The wall covering has been removed on remaining walls and the electrical and the plumbing is exposed at this time. Did not see any ductwork in the attic and has flex duct in the trailer that is being used for trash and debris. Has the coolers and the heating equipment on the ground. Has a fireplace where the stack has been removed and on the interior the face has been removed and exposed the back side of the fireplace. Has a structure in the rear of the property that is dettached from the main house and also has had some of the wall covering removed and exposing the electrical and the plumbing. The electrical has spices and wired nutted and non are in junction boxes. The boxes in some area have the blue boxes with yellow romex wiring where added outlets have been placed in different areas. The roof is sagging and the interior has a dropped ceiling and that is also sagged. The contractor is requesting a demo of the structure to add a garage once the demo has been completed. The main house has sagging at the ridge and is lacking the collar ties through out. Was allowed to take pictures. The contractor signed the paperwork and secured the property once the paperwork was signed and the worker picked up the paperwork. Did go over the double fee on the permits will be inforced per the building offical. The contractor will meet with Michael TaKu on the double fees being charged. RV.
01/28/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The permit has been issued, T19CM00286 on 1-15-19 for interior remodeling of the house and the rear unit. Has a permit for the water heater and the AC handles, T19CM00199 issued on 1-10-19. There has been no inspection done yet. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
