12/10/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	T.E.P. called and has a tech on site with tampering with the electrical panel. The electrical has been removed since 11-1-18. Does have a permit to have the service turned back on and was to the wrong unit. The has been a change to the permit for the right unit and has not called in the inspection. Did have an inspection done on 11-29-18 and nothing had been done to have the power turned back on. Did place the Do Not Enter on the front of the buildings and the owner was served the N.O.V. to Vacate the unit. Did have a fire on the property on one of the structures and that's when the electrical was removed. The tenants want to come back tomorrow to remove the items out. RV.
02/06/2019	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The electrical permit T18CM09007 has been issued on 11-13-18 and finaled on 1-11-19. The daughter of the owner has called and the electrical is on and was given permission to move back into the unit in the rear of the house. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
