Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.

Arrived and has a horse on the property in the front where the front has a chain link fence. The property has not been cleaned for some time. Did talk to the tenant and he will move the horse from the property and needs a few days. He did not have the phone number to the owner and will do the N.O.V. Will check in 10 days. RV.
02/07/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The horse has been removed from the property and has only a horse trailer in the area where the horse was removed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
