The trenches are close to the building and have concerns on the building being damaged. Did go to the site and took pictures and sent to supervisor Martin Romero. The fuel tanks are being removed by a contractor and has an engineer on site. Terracon is in the process of sampling the fill to check for seepage into the dirt surround the tanks. Did ask the contractor if the filling of the trench is going to be tested at the beginning and he stated that he is meeting with the engineers to check the testing will start at the beginning or at 5' from the top. Did go over the rain and will check this afternoon to check the progress. RV. |
