12/03/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. called that on site with the house is opened and found someone in the house. They were burning inside the unit to keep warm. T.F.D. was called to the site and the area where the fires were burning were checked for heat in the walls and wet down with water. Not able to find the owner of the property and had a door and a window that was covered with plywood and has been removed. Was able to find the plywood and was able to have the plywood placed back on to cover the openings. Did check all the other openings and all are secured at this time. The postings are still in place of Do Not Enter through out the property on both structures. The person found in the house has been transported due to a broken arm or hand. Will check in 5 days. RV.
12/11/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property is vacant and secured. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
