01/10/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with the tenant and has been dealing with since August but has been calling different agencies. Did go over that Code Enforcement was not called till at the end of November. Did see traps on the exterior of the house and may have the pack rats. The tenant did show pictures due to the management gave sticky strips and was catching rats. The tenants did state that the rats are gone but has seen roaches. She has not called the management and will let them know of the roaches to get a treatment made to spray the unit. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
