11/21/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The water has been turned off for some time and was getting water from the neighbors property. Did meet with the neighbor and the hose was removed from the hose bibb and went over that the water being given to the other neighbor is not allowed. Did check the water meter and the zip tie tag is still on curb stop and the red tag in the meter box. When talking to the neighbor, this has been going on and off for about 2-years. Does have vehicles in the front of the property and the rear of the property into the alley. Some of the vehicles are in the neighboring property due to the son of the owner has no where to place the vehicles in the property. The son is working on vehicles and did go over that working on vehicles is not allowed on the property due to it's zoning on the property. The rear yard has tall grass and weeds, trash and debris with some vehicles in the yard areas. Has addition added to the rear of the house that are being used as a carport and working on the vehicles. Will do N.O.V. RV.
