11/20/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. called through communication and called officer Mesa. T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured house and people were removed from the house. Arrived and all the units were cleared and met the detectives. The side gate has been opened which had screws, the side door was opened on the porch side on the north side. 2-windows have had the plywood removed on the rear and the rear door was opened. People were getting in through the side door where it has been opened with removed the screws. Due to not able to make contact with the owner called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the house secured and Biff Baker Fence to have the side gate opening secured with panels. Did have panels that exited and not able to have that secured to prevent entry. Biff Baker Fence placed panels over the existing to have the property secured. While on site did have issues with people trying to get back in the property. Did the posting of N.O.V. to Vacate with the Do Not Enter on the front window. Did leave messages for the owner to call and try and call again. All the utilities have been removed for some time. RV.
11/27/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE HOLLANDER Approved Assist with property resecurement.
11/27/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved T.P.D. removed 3-people from the house at midnight. Did go over and resecured the property. Called Biff Baker Fence to the site to re-secure the gate where it was removed to enter into the property. Did find a hole cut into the chain link fence on the north side to enter the property from the vacant lot. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the house re-secured. The plywood was pulled off 2-windows and a door. Re-did the posting of Do Not Enter on the rear door. The N.O.V. tp Vacate was still on the front window and did not do another notice. The rear yard has items scattered that was removed from the interior of the house. Did call the owner and no answer. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
