I went over the conversation with the owner and the realtor stated that he still owns the property and the realtor is not able to secure the house. At this time did call the supervisor Martin Romero and was given permission to secure the house. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate on the front window on the plywood used to cover the opening. Was able to secure some open windows from the interior and all is secured. While doing the securing, a person did look at the house due to it was opened. RV. |
