THERE ARE 4 LARGE BUILDINGS ON THE PROPERTY, EACH SEPERATELY ADDRESSED, 1815 IS THE S/E BUILDING, THE BUILDING IS OLD BUT PRETTY WELL MAINTAINED. ICHECKED THE FENCING AND GATES TO THIS COMPLEX AND FOUND ALL TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE. THE BUILDING HAS 4 SETS OF STAIRS WITH ONLY ONE POURED CONCRETE STEP THAT MIGHT BE QUESTIONABLE AND LOOKS WORSE THAN THE STABLE CONDITION IT IS IN. WALKWAYS ARE POURED CONCRETE, SOME CRACKING BUT NO REAL TRIP HAZARDS. RAILINGS IN GOOD STABLE CONDITION. LANDSCAPE NICE AND WELL MAINTAINED. ROOF TO THE STRUCTURE WAS RECENTLY REDONE. MANAGER DID VERIFY THAT THE BUILDINGS WILL BE DEMO'ED AND STATED AT THIS POINT THEY WILL ADDRESS EMERGENCIES BUT OWNERS DO NOT PLAN ON PUTTING ALOT OF MONEY BACK INTO THE UNITS. THE CALLER WAS VERY BROAD ABOUT ISSUES, NO SPECIFIC UNITS WERE CALLED OUT. I FOUND NO VIOLAITONS ON THE EXTEROR OF THE STRUCTURE. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
