Huge pothole north of outgoing gate between the two main buildings. Office is in line site of the pothole. There is an incoming gate closest to the office & an outgoing gate just west of the incoming gate. Huge pothole they REFUSE to fix. I reported the issue and asked for an ETA on repairs but they refused and said they would not fix it. ***new information from Ward 6 12/24/18** Residents who live behind this apartment complex @ 4528 E Water St say there is trash piling up behind dumpster behind the complex wall and their home. Small retainer wall with chain link fence separate the residential home and the wall belonging to La Mirada Apartments.
