10/31/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Went to the house and the house is clean. Did look around and did not find rat dropping. Have had issues with the other units for the same issue of rats. There is no smoke detectors in the bedroom or hall. Does have smoke detectors in the living room and the dinning room area. The front door is not sealed and the door is easy to open due to the striker is visible and able to push the the striker open. Did call the property manager and let her know the issues on the property. Will do the N.O.V. RV.
02/07/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property has a new tenant and has no compliant and at this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
