Arrived and the tenant was home and did find water falling from the ceiling and running down the wall in the corner of the northwest bedroom. The tenant from down stairs call the tenant from upstairs to check and thats when the roof leak was found. The leak was against the wall where the roof drain was located. The tenant did to to management to report the leak. While on site, did meet with the leasing agent and she called the maintenance man and he was coming to the site to check the roof. The leak has affected 4-units and all in the same area. Did have a drain from the roof with a header and scupper in the area of the leak. The items have been removed from the areas that were getting wet in all the units that were checked. There was no manager on site and did meet with the leasing agent and she signed the paperwork.
