10/08/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. called that they were on site with a vacant and unsecured house. One person was removed from the house and was taken to jail. Remove was a large amount of shotgun shells and no weapons. The owner did show when on site and was going to try and secure the house by 4:00 PM tomorrow. The owner signed the paperwork and did go over that if not secured by 4:00 PM that the City of Tucson contractor will secure the house. The doors and some of the windows are broken, missing parts or the window frame has been removed from the house. Did go over that the upstairs can be secured from the interior of the house. All the utilities are lacking and has a trench on the north side of the house. Did go over that the trench needs to be filled back up and the dirt is on site. The neighbors have stated that people have been coming and going into the house at different times all the time. Did do a posting on the front window of Do Not Enter and will place another posting once the plywood is placed on the openings through out. The house has holes on the exterior walls and did go over that the holes in the wall need to be covered to not allow anyone in the house. Will check the site tomorrow. RV.
11/26/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The house is vacant and secured. All the tall grass and weeds have been cut and still in a pile in the front of the house. Still has the trench. Will call the owner. Will check in 10 days. RV.
