10/08/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VINDIOLA	Approved	Rec'd a call back from tenant, she is now back at the unit. Arrived on site and met tenant at front gate area as she let me into the property. Showed me to a studio apartment and into the bathroom where a exhaust fan was installed before she got to the unit. She stated during in the last recent rains water came in through this exhaust fan and dripped on the floor, floor is tile. Of course at this point there was no water leaking. Did test smoke detector it was operational. Called and spoke to Jenny Carol manager of the property and she would set up a work order for the maintenance guy to check into this issue. Called tenant back and advisor of the upcoming actions. Will follow up with both parties early next week
