ONE MISSING SMOKE ALARM, AND ONE BROKEN WINDOW IN LIVING ROOM. WILL ISSUE 30 DAY NOV FOR VIOLATIONS. TENANT DID MENTION A MOLD ISSUE HOWEVER INSPECTOR EXPLAINED THE THE CITY DOES NOT HANDLE MOLD COMPLIANTS. TENANT ALSO INDICATED SOME CIVIL ISSUES BETWEEN HIM AND LANDLORD. INSPECTOR ADVISED THAT THOSE ISSUES WILL HAVE TO BE PERUSED CIVILY. |
