10/02/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	While doing another inspection found a backed up sewer. Did talk to the tenants and they have just moved in. They have cleaned the interior of the unit and working on cleaning the exterior. Did call the owner and will send someone to the site to unplug the sewer. Had an issue on the previous tenant and they have moved out. Did talk to the tenant that if the sewer is still back up tomorrow, that the unit will need to be vacated. The owner is working of getting a plumber to the site. Will check the site tomorrow. RV.
10/04/2018	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	Met with the tenant and the plumbing is all working at this time. Did let the tenant know if they have other issues on the unit that the owner will be here on site soon. They had no other issues. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
