Arrived and the units have left the site and a Captain was still on site. One of the tenants has been transported to the hospital and one on site. Was able to check the interior of the unit and found a large amount of roaches of all sizes. Everything you toched has roaches and did find eggs and droppings through out the unit. This issues has been going for some time. The house has signs of hoarding and has blocked paths to doors and windows. No working smoke detectors. The bedding has been removed and not sure if going to be cleaned or removed for now. The woman transported was having seizures and will be there for awhile. Not able to make contact with the owner of the property or the property manager. Did talk with the tenant and may stay in the unit for now but tomorrow may change once talking to the health department. The tenant signed the paperwork and will call him tomorrow on the the results once making contact with the property manager and the health department. RV. |

Opened the kitchen cabinets and the closet door and full of roaches. The roaches are visible through out the unit and still needs to be cleaned on the furniture, bookshelves, cabinets the floor, the walls and feel that the unit needs to be emptied out to have a good treatment. They have another treatment on 10-22-18 and will check after that treatment. Did go over if the roaches are still in the unit, that the unit will have to be vacated. Did call the property manager and he is OK with what was discussed with the tenants. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
