Some minor work is being done on the property. The property is zoned P-1 Zone for light Industrial. Did find some plans that were approved T17CM07174 issued on 11-3-17 and finaled on 2-1-18. This plan shows the site plan and everything on the property is shown on the plan. Have another plan T14CM01928 issued on 4-7-14 and finaled on 8-12-14 for electrical and also shows the site plan and has everything on the property at that time. The trucks are parked for evening and leave during the day for service to the public. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
