10/02/2018 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-12(a)(2) PROTECTIVE TREATMENT. All exterior wood surfaces, except for decay-resistant woods, must be protected from deterioration and from the elements by paint or other protective treatment or covering. Also in notice will be exterior front and rear doors need weatherstripping, needs to be repair exterior hole in backyard and under kitchen sink properly, and exterior wood fence needs to be painted for weather protection.
