09/27/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.E.P. called that a house has the electrical on and should be off for non-payemet. Arrived and the house has the electrical on and has jumpers on the meter. The house belongs to the City of Tucson and the tenants were removed. The house was secured by the housing department. The T.E.P. rep. did remove the jumpers and no power was left on the house. The tenants will need to make arrangements to re-enter the house to get there items out of the house. No paperwork due to City owned. RV.
