This house is Armory Park Historic Zone. The owner is intentionally having work done on weekends when he knows that City inspectors can't intervene.

BROKEN, BOARDED WINDOWS APPEAR TO HAVE GLASS REPLACED, AND STICKER FROM JUAN VALDEZ REMAINS ON THE FRONT OF THE STRUCTURE. I FOUND NOBODY ONSITE AND NO EVIDENCE OF PEOPLE WORKING ON THE INTERIOR. COMPLAINTANT NEEDS TO CONTACT C/E WHEN WORK IS IN PROGRESS. NO VERIFY / CLOSE CASE.
