Was not able to find a phone number to call the owner but was on site and the brother of the owner showed to the site due to was able to call him with a phone number given. The brother lived in the rear unit and was moving out. Did call Martin Romero the supervisor and got permission to have the property secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Covered the opened windows with plywood. While on site the owner did show and went over on why the house is being secured. Eariler was in the area and observed 2-male coming out of the house. They had nothing in their hand but not sure where they went. Was going to secure the rear door and the owner wanted to be able to enter the house and left the rear door alone. The rear door was locked and they had the key. When the owner came to the site, he did sign the paperwork while on the site. Did go over the billing and will wait for the bill. Did the posting on the front window of Do Not Enter and the owner took the copies with him when leaving the site. RV. |
