The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

COMPLAINTANT CAN PROVIDE AGREEMENT OR UNDERSTANDING OF WHERE THEY RECEIVED KNOWLEDGE OF THE AGREEMENT. NO VIOLATION AT THIS TIME. |
