The vehicle hit the east side of the building and went into the bedroom. The wood studs have been pushed in and damage to the stucco and the drywall. This occured at 7:30 PM of 9-15-18 was called in the morning at 7:40 AM on 9-16-18 due to T.P.D. was just showing to the scene. The management waited until 2:30 AM before going to sleep. Did call the manager and the maintenance came to the site to sign the paperwork and secure the unit. The tenant has been placed into another unit due will not be allowed to remain in the unit. The damage was only to the bedroom and did check the bathroom next to the room but has a tub and shower enclosure and not able to check the wood studs and the drywall in the bathroom. All the other areas are OK at this time. Does have a upper unit and able to remain in the unit at this time. The area has been covered with plywood from maintenance at this time. The electrical has been removed at the breaker by the maintenance while on site. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the maintenance worker signed the paperwork on site. RV. |
