Got down and met with employees of the surrounding businesses at both 4620 and 4576 and both parties stated the same statement, they see homeless walking through to wash area but never see them establishing any camp. They did see tpd in the wash area about 3 weeks ago and removed wood and debris along the block fence next to 4620. Today I did not see any established camps or any shopping carts in the wash area. Will check on once again in a week or so |
