09/08/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Detective Young called that someone is painting a vehicle in the garage. The garage door is 2' from the ground level and the fumes are coming out. When talking to Detective Young, did go over that the electrical needs to be done different due to the electrical is not design for explosions on the fumes getting near the electrical system. He was going to talk to the person doing the spraying and will do a follow up. RV.
09/11/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Did go to the house and no work is being done on the vehicle at this time. Did talk to the son of the new owner and has moved the vehicle from the property. He understood that the painting is not allowed on the property and the hazardous issues that it created when the spraying was being done. The house is being repaired to be sold. The owner has died and gave it to the new owner and not listed as the owner on the Pima County Assessor Records. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
