WANTED TO KNOW IF HE SHOULD PULL HIS OFFER AND WANTED TO KNOW IF THERE WERE MAJOR ISSUES. I TOLD HIM THAT ANOTHER INSPECTOR HAD FOUND ELECTRICAL ISSUES, I WAS THERE FOR A FOLLOW UP ON UNIT #5. RECEIVED A CALL FROM POTENTIAL BUYER ZACH IN WASHINGTON, SUGGESTED HE CONTACT RICK HOLLANDER WHO HAS A OPEN CASE ON THE PROPERTY CONCERNING THE ELECTRICAL. |
