TENANT STATED HE WAS MOVING OUT THE 1ST OF THE MONTH (OCTOBER. RECEIVED A CALL FROM REALTOR WHO IS IN THE PROCESS OF SELLING THE COMPLEX TO A BUYER OUT OF WASHINGTON. WANTED TO KNOW IF HE SHOULD PULL HIS OFFER AND WANTED TO KNOW IF THERE WERE MAJOR ISSUES. I TOLD HIM THAT ANOTHER INSPECTOR HAD FOUND ELECTRICAL ISSUES, I WAS THERE FOR A FOLLOW UP ON UNIT #5. RECEIVED A CALL FROM POTENTIAL BUYER ZACH IN WASHINGTON, SUGGESTED HE CONTACT RICK HOLLANDER WHO HAS A OPEN CASE ON THE PROPERTY CONCERNING THE ELECTRICAL.
