We have a situation that we are hoping you can help us with. We were notified this past week by our landscaper that 4 large containers (see attached, appear to be for water harvesting) are in the drainage ditch behind 7651 Falster Ave, blocking efficient drainage according to the landscaper. We did not approach the homeowner as we believe the containers are on City property. The neighbor across the drainage ditch did come out and speak with us and told us the homeowner is "big" into water harvesting and planned to somehow route water runoff to these 4 large connected containers.
