09/10/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH MANAGEMENT WHO KNEW OF THE COMPLAINT, ASKED MAINTANENCE PERSON TO GO WITH ME TO THE UNIT. KNOCKED ON DOOR OF UNIT 101 BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. MAINTANENCE PERSON ALLOWED ENTY DUE TO NO ONE HOME. TRIED DUPLICATING A LEAK IN THE TUB BUT FOUND NO LEAKS, WHAT THE OCCUPANTS THINKS IS A LEAK IN THE CEILING IS POSSIBLY MOLD AS MAINTANECE WAS ABLE TO CLEAN IT OFF WITH A RAG. MAINTANENCE ALSO COMPLAINED OF FAN NOT WORKING, HOWEVER MAINTANENCE PERSON STATED THAT THE OCCUPANT CHANGED LIGHT SWITCHES IN THE UNIT, SHOWED ME THREE THAT WERE CHEANGED OUT, ONE TO BATHROOM LIGHT AND FAN, AND BELIEVES OCCUPANT DID NOT WIRE THE FAN/ LIGHT CORRECTLY. C/E HAS NO ISSUES WITH THE LEAKING. NO VERIFY / CLOSE CASE.
