WILL FOLLOW UP FRIDAY MORNING FOR AN ESTIMATION OF HOW MUCH LONGER THE RESIDENTS OF THE PARK WILL CONTINUE TO BE WITH GAS SERVICE AS IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH ALREADY. IN SPEAKING WITH RESIDENTS AND MANAGER OF PROPERTY, MANAGEMENT IS PROVIDING 2 MEALS A WEEK FOR THE RESIDENTS AND CONDUCTING A WEEKLY MEETING ON SITE TO INFORM RESIDENTS OF STATUS. DUE TO RESIDENTS VOICING THAT THEY WILL BE VISITING THE WARD 2 OFFICE ACROSS THE ROAD, INSPECTOR ADVISED THE WARD OFFICE OF THE CURRENT SITUTION, LEFT BUSINESS CARD AS WELL FOR CONTACT. WILL SCHEDULE FOR THIS FRIDAY.
09/12/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE HOLLANDER Approved Met with Park construction manager and Gas Construction foreman. Determine permits are needed for work being done to owner supplied gas lines. Spoke with ACC Rep and confirmed why they are involved and what else may be needed. Spoke with the Building Official to determine for permits.
09/12/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE BERMUDEZ Approved ON SITE; WITH INSPECTOR R. HOLLANDER, INSPECTION OF THE ELECTRIC MASTER METER SERVICE BOX AND ITS CONNECTIONS TO CUSTOMER METERS, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THERE WERE NO ELECTRICAL HAZARDS FOUND AT THIS TIME. WILL CLOSE THAT PORTION OF THE CASE. WHILE ON SITE INSPECTORS FOUND THAT PERMITS HAVE NOT BEEN OBTAINED DUE TO THE MISUNDERSTANDING FROM THE OWNERS / CONTRACTORS DOING THE WORK THAT AZ CORP COMM WAS HANDLING THE PERMITS HOWEVER THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. CODE ENFORCEMENT SUPER MROMERO WILL ALLOW OWNERS/CONTACTORS TO GO DOWN TO THE PERMIT DEPT TODAY AND OBTAIN PERMITS. CE SUPER MROMERO WILL NOT HAVE INSPECTORS ISSUE A STOP WORK ORDER AT THIS TIME. WILL FOLLOW UP WITH OWNERS/ CONTRACTORS TOMORROW ON THEIR STATUS.
