The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

Advise them who I was and what the claim was. They allowed me into the interior of the home where I saw painting that was being done at this point. No Floor Covering was being added only change was to the doors and paint. Kitchen cabinets were removed however no new cabinets were in the structure. Did notice a new a/c unit that was going in along the East wall of the property. Was a brand new unit and has not been hooked up to electricity as of yet. Following that line with new conduit went to a service panel at the rear of the structure. Service panel appear to be fairly new. Through further research found a 2016 panel upgrade that had been expired and never finaled, case #T16EL00044. Workers advised me that the next door neighbor to the west was possibly the owners or had strong ties to the owner. A notice of violation will be sent out and I would return in 30 days. Will move to notice of violation |
