09/07/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, FOUND 6 FT CHAIN LINK FENCE AROUND THE FRONT YARD. FRONT YARD AND SIDEWALK AREA WELL KEPT AND RAKED UP. FRONT GATES WERE CHAINED AND LOCKED, INSPECTOR WAS UNABLE TO GAIN ENTRY JUST TO GET TO THE HOUSE. FOUND ANIMALS OR ANIMAL FECIES IN THE FRONT YARD AREA. COULD NOT SMELL ANY BAD SMELLS OR SEWER SMELL. DROVE TO THE REAR YARD, 8F CHAIN LINK FENCE WITH PLYWOOD IS STILL IN PLACE AND PLYWOOD HAD BEEN PAINTED. NO PARKING SIGNS REMAIN POSTED ON THE FENCE. OLD SHED IN THE REAR ALSO REMAINS. THERE IS BELONGINGS IN FRONT OF THE SHED BUT OWNER HAS 4 FT FENCE AROUND THE BELONGINGS AND I WAS UNABLE TO SEE WHAT WAS INSIDE THE FENCE. THE REAR YARD IS ALSO RAKED UP, NO ANIMALS OR ANIMAL FECIES, NO SMELLS. SPOKE TO MRS WILKINSON WHO STATED THEY RENT OUT A ROOM, OCCUPANT WAS 2 MONTHS BEHIND ON RENT. HE WAS GIVEN A EVICTION NOTICE, THEY ALREADY WENT TO COURT ON 8/31, OCCUPANT WAS GIVEN 5 DAYS TO BE OUT. MRS WILKINSON STATES OCCUPANT IS STILL THERE, MAY NEED TO CONTACT THE CONSTABLE. LATER RECEIVED CALL FROM MR WILKINSON WHO HAD THE EXACT SAME STORY. I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH THE PROPERTY, AND WILL NOT GET INVOLVED IN THE EVICTION PROCESS. NO VIOLATIONS AT THIS TIME. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
