08/29/2018 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-11(h) INTERIOR INSECT AND RODENT CONTROL. The interior of all buildings and structures shall be kept free from infestation of insects, rodents and other noxious pests where such infestation threatens the health, safety or welfare of a person or persons.
