08/22/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and met with property owner. She is a new owner to the property and just moved in about 2 months ago. Advised her as to why I was there and in question were three dead trees in the front yard which I did not find but only two. Owner did advise me that one of the large trees in the front yard was put into the contract as to not cut down because it is a nesting area for the Hawks in the area. On further inspection did notice a large nest in the tree. Furthermore I did get a visual of hawks on her property. Owner States these Hawks are active throughout the neighborhood but seem to be nesting in her trees. Will get with supervision as to how to handle this case, because tree was in the contract and moreover the trees are being utilized by hawks as they're safe haven and home.
02/13/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site to find all 3 trees were cut down and removed, will move to close out this case
