08/20/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with the owner over the weep holes from next door. The wall was placed with a permit and the weep holes are being required. The wall from next door has been placed on the their side and did find the property pins. Did let the owner know that he could also build a fence barrier on his side he wanted to but would require a permit. The owner was advised to talk of meet with zoning at Planning and Development Services Department on the wall being built or on what he was told today by the inspector. RV.
10/10/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved John call from engineering from Planning and Development Services Department that the case can be closed due to civil matters any issues on the weep holes. He did go over the wall being built on his side and not using the neighbors wall and have his own wall on his side of the property. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case.
